Switzerland’s position as a global innovation leader depends increasingly on its ability to collaborate effectively across sectors and to translate technological potential into meaningful economic and societal impact. This panel explores how responsible, purpose-driven collaboration between academia, corporates, SMEs, startups, and research institutions can strengthen Swiss innovation in the long term - especially in a rapidly evolving global landscape.
Panelists will discuss the emerging role of cross-sector innovation models, the importance of aligning research and education with industry needs, the role of AI in impacting this collaboration and the funding landscape of innovative solutions. Together, the panel will reflect on what strategic partnerships, policy considerations, and cultural shifts are needed for Switzerland to shape its aspired role as a resilient, impactful innovation hub.
